Beetroot Chaas

This probiotic drink is a summer essential and a great alternative to the store brought sugary strawberry drinks. So blend away and enjoy.
Prep time : 15 mins || Cuisine : Indian || Course : Beverage || Servings : 4

Ingredients :
Beetroot, peeled and cubed : 2 cups
Curd : 2 glasses
Ginger, grated : 0.5 teaspoon
Green chillies, chopped : 0.5 teaspoon
Chilled water : 2 glass
Pink Salt : As per taste
Mint leaves, chopped : 2 tablespoon
Ghee : 1 tablespoon
#tip : you can swap the Mint leaves with basil leaves, moringa leaves, curry leaves or coriander leaves.
#tip : you can swap the green chillies with jalapenos.
#tip : you can swap the pineapple (roasted) with papaya (smoked).
Method :
Take a big vessel and steam the Beetroot in it until little soft. Set it aside it cool.
To a blender, add in all the ingredients and blend it to a smooth consistency. Add water if you want it make it more thin.
Pour it into a glass and serve with some ice cubes.
