Chocolate Hummus

Who said chocolates cant be healthy?! Here is a guilt free & healthy chocolate recipe for you to enjoy. Prep time : 7 mins || Cuisine : Fusion || Course : Side Dish || Servings : 8

Ingredients :
Chickpea- soaked, boiled, drained and deskinned : 4 cups
Unsweetened peanut butter (creamy) : 0.5 cup
Unsweetened cocoa powder : 2 tablespoon
Dates, deseeded : 0.75 cup
Slimmed milk : 2 tablespoon
Vanilla extract : 1 teaspoon
Salt : As per taste
Sesame seeds : 1 tablespoon
#tip : you can swap the peanut butter with tahini or almond butter.
#tip : you can swap the skimmed milk with lactose free milk, almond milk or oat milk.
Method :
In a mixer grinder, add in all the ingredients and process it until it is smooth in consistency.
Take it out and transfer it into a airtight container and place it in the fridge to set.
Once it is chilled and set, serve it on a toast or along with fruits (berries, banana, etc.) or gluten free crackers.
It can be stored in the fridge for almost a week
