Corn Chaat

Snack Time - this is where most of our diets go for a toss and the cravings kick in. Here is a super quick - easy make and yummy snack option for you.

Prep time : 7 mins || Cuisine : Indian || Course : Snacks || Servings : 1

Ingredients :

  • Boiled sweet corn kernels- 5 tablespoon

  • Capsicum- ⅔ medium

  • Onion- ½ medium

  • Carrot- ½ medium

  • Pomegranate seeds - 1 tablespoon

  • Salt- to taste

  • Black pepper powder- a pinch

  • Chaat masala - a pinch

  • Apple cider vinegar - 1 teaspoon


#tip : you can swap the corn with sprouts, bengal gram, horse gram, green moong, boiled chickpea and boiled rajma.

#tip : to make it crunchy, you can sprinkle toasted whole wheat flakes or jowar flakes or bajra flakes.


Method :

  • Dice the capsicum, onion & carrot into small pieces and transfer it to a bowl.

  • Add the corn and pomegranate to the vegetables and toss them with vinegar.

  • Mix well with salt and other spices and serve.
