Healthy Brownie

Who said you need to give up on your favourites when on a diet. Here is something lip smacking for you to try on the days when you are craving for something sweet.
Total cook time : 45 mins || Cuisine : Continental || Course : Dessert || Servings : 4

Ingredients :
1.5 cup 80%+ dark chocolate, chopped
3.5 tbsp coconut oil
3 eggs
1 cup dates puree
1 cup mixed berries, chopped
1 cup almond flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
#tip : you can swap the dates puree with black raisin puree
#tip : you can swap the almond flour with whole wheat atta
Method :
Line the baking pan with butter paper & Preheat the oven to 180°
Melt the chopped dark chocolate and coconut oil together. Set aside.
Whisk the eggs and dates puree vigorously until fluffy.
Slowly drizzle in the melted chocolate and continue to whisk until the chocolate is fully incorporated.
Sift the almond flour, cocoa powder and salt into the mixture & slowly mix until there are no lumps.
Mix in the berries and chocolate chips, pour into the baking pan & smothe out the top.
Bake at 180 ºC for 18 - 20 mins.
Let it cool a little. Cut and serve.
