Immunity Boosting Green Juice

Seasonal changes brings with it a host of viral infections and makes us vulnerable to cold, flu and allergies. A shot of this green juice a few times a week will give you the much needed immunity boost.
Prep time : 15 mins || Cuisine : Mixed || Course : Snack || Servings : 2

Ingredients :
Spinach : 1 cup
Cucumber : 1 piece
Unripe Mango : 0.5 piece
Pear : 0.5 piece
Mint leaves, chopped : 2 tablespoon
Turmeric, whole : 0.5 inch
Ginger, whole : 0.5 inch
Pink salt : 1 small pinch
Black pepper : 2 pinch
Water : 2 cups
#tip : you can swap the spinach with amaranth leaves or lettuce or kale or swiss chard or beet green.
Method :
Chop all the vegetables, fruits, turmeric and ginger
Add it to the blender along with water and the spices. Blend it to a smooth consistency
You can strain it if you want but it is best to have it without straining.
Pour in a glass and serve.
