Watermelon Sorbet

Summer is here and you definitely need something thanda thanda cool cool to give you relief from this blistering heat. Here is something to cool you off with a healthy twist.
Prep time : 5 mins || Cuisine : Mixed || Course : Dessert || Servings : 4

Ingredients :
Watermelon- cubed & frozen, 2 cups
Lime juice, 2 tbsp
Mint leaves, 1 tbsp
#tip : To make the sorbet creamier, add coconut milk or almond milk and then pass through he blender and freeze it.
#tip : you can swap the watermelon with muskmelon, guava, apple, pear or berries.
Method :
Add the frozen watermelon to the blender along with the mint leaves and 1tbsp lime juice and blend in in the mixer until you get a smooth consistency.
Taste it and add the remaining the lime juice based on your taste.
Transfer it into a bowl, with a sprig of mint and serve immediately.
